Terms of Service

By accessing or engaging with EastWestBridges (“EWB”), you agree to the following terms. If you
disagree with any part, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Scope of Services

EWB provides strategic consulting, investment advisory, and market access services tailored to clients seeking expansion in the GCC and beyond. All services are governed by mutually agreed mandates or retainer contracts.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, respect agreed timelines, and pay all fees as outlined in contractual agreements. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, documents, and materials provided by EWB remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or use is strictly prohibited.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality. EWB retains the right to reference anonymized case studies or success metrics for marketing or strategic purposes unless expressly restricted in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EWB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm resulting from our services or client actions. Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid by the client in the one months preceding the dispute.

6. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold EWB and its representatives harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of their misuse of services, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.

8. Amendments

EWB reserves the right to update these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
